Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only accept returns of items of clothing and accessories, if the size of the item doesn’t fit. Whenever possible we will try to exchange it for a suitable size. If a suitable size is not available, we will process a refund.
We do not accept returns for Objects and Printed Matter items, unless they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
Returns must be sent via a tracked and signed for mail delivery service at your own cost.

We will always attempt to process an exchange, whether the item is damaged or defective, or if the size doesn’t fit.

Damaged or defective items may be returned. We will first attempt to process an exchange. If the item is no longer available, we will process a refund.

We only process refunds if the item you’re returning is no longer available. All policies apply.
If eligible for a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
